Don't Just Relax, Recover!
Since the majority of people hitting the slopes and trails in Colorado aren’t athletes, there are going to be sore muscles and joints after all the fun. I found that a number of day spas have figured this truth out and are creating treatment menus so support recovery, not just a day of indulgence and pampering at the spa.
My Denver Post article highlights a few spas from Vail to Evergreen where guests can try compression gear, salt lounges, and CBD oil to soothe over-exerted hands, feet, and legs after a day of skiing or even shooting.
